Much of Menorca has been designated as a Biosphere reserve due to the unique natural habitats that exist on the island,  our villa is located in the biosphere area and overlooks the green hills . We have installed solar heating for the pool and our hot water, our villa uses natural irrigation where we collect the rainwater  for watering the plants. We are striving to use organic materials for the refurbishment such as lime wash to the walls and natural fabrics.
